Baiyina is an integral part of the community in which she works and lives, and her love and knowledge of the city’s homes and neighborhoods is so helpful when finding your home. Working with her led me to my first home, and she was always responsive, quick to set up appointments, knowledgeable about the types of quirks each home has, and both critical and supportive at the same time. I was connected to a realtor who seemingly had NO time for me. I felt I was missing out on an opportunity to collect seller information and/or see homes I really wanted. The market at the time (Spring 2022) being in favor of the seller and not the buyer I felt my realtor needed to be more attentive to my request to see homes.
