I bought my home in 2024 brand new and recently had a minor issue i called Baird Homes in Seymour spoke to Chris and he took care of my problem .Definitely recommend anyone going to buy your home there too 🥰
We recently purchased a home from the Seymour location. I have nothing good to say about this home. First of all we have made attempts to call and get someone out here to fix the problem but no one has ever come out no matter how much I call. The trim on the doors was NOT complete there is BLACK MOLD in the windows after 2 months. All the small trim came off after about 2 weeks of living here. NONE of the doors were the right size for the doorways and that issue was never fixed. The bathroom lights have NOT worked since day ... read more
We bought our house from Amanda, she was the best! Very informative and helpful made sure everything was taken care of properly. She was super knowledgeable and very sweet! Kacee was great as well always there willing to answer any questions we may have had!! She is a very kind and knowledgeable lady. Thank you both for making this an enjoyable and exciting experience!
