We had a wonderful experience working with Ryan at Baird Homes of Seymour! He was transparent, friendly, and guided us through every step of choosing our new home without any high-pressure sales tactics. Their display models gave us a great look at the layout options, and the customer service was top-notch from start to finish. Highly recommend them if you are looking for a manufactured or modular home!
Ryan is an excellent agent. He takes his time explaining the differences between manufactured homes and stick built. He takes his time answering questions and has always been super helpful. I would 100% use Ryan again.
