I brought over my F350 diesel to Baillie’s on April 5th 2021 to get it checked out because my CODE READER showed a P203B meaning (reductant level sensor communicates to the ECM the DEF fluid level present in it's storage tank. P203B is the trouble code defined as "Reductant Level Sensor Circuit Range/Performance") Baillies agreed and said they’d get it fixed, a day in half later they said it was ready, including the oil change in requested the summoning amount of 1,400$ Not even 100 miles later i have the engine light come b... read more
Business response:
Hugo, to clear up a few things you have stated here; when you came in Monday, we did address the DEF sending unit that was burned up in the DEF pump(stock location). You drove the truck 166 miles after you picked it up on Tuesday and stated you have the same code. The code- as all of them- are directional to the system with failure or issue. We did advise you before you left that there is a module that communicates as well as the possibility of wiring/ electrical issues to it. You had only one question- how much will this co... read more
thank you for sponsoring us on the MS 150 Bike ride
Drove 5 hours for Bachelor party and my rear pinion seal was leakin and sprayed oil all over my truck. Brother in law told me to call Baillie in the mornin. So I did and got in, and they said might be done around 3ish. But they had me done around 11! They fixed me up! Amazing prices with amazing service! Plus they have a ton of your diesel extras that any diesel owner would want!! AMAZING!
Took my 04 Cummins in for a couple things and they had it done in no time. Great people to do business with and excellent work. Will be going back in the future for all my diesel needs.
THANKS TO BAILLIE DIESEL, TOM'S FARM TRUCK CAN STILL HELP HIM FEED THE COWS! GREAT MECHANICS
Great people to do business with. Excellent work done on my diesel truck. Highly recomend!
Top notch service and even better people! Got me back on the road in a reasonable amount of time, considering the issue my truck had. Jim, Amy and the entire staff are to be commended. Thank you!
Very Professional shop the only problem is that they are not interested in fixing the problem but sell you over priced stuff. Like $700 lift pump that you can get at dealer for $326. And start trouble shooting by replacing most expensive parts first. If you read all negative rating about Baillie’s , there is always customers fault under each of them!! Brought my running truck with surging problem, $1,140 later, truck won’t run and have to be towed away from this shop.Be aware. Problem turned out to be a fuel pump. When I rep... read more
