Bailey’s is a wonderful place to shop. They redesigned my bracelet as well as my diamond earrings. The quality of their items is excellent, the service is superb and the cookies are not bad either.

Bailey's has beautiful jewelry and excellent customer service. We love that they have a jeweler on site who can make repairs and do customizations.
Garrett provided exceptional customer service ... I needed a ring sized and he personally came out and spent lots of time with me to get it right and then had it done well before the day we agreed on because he heard me say I was going out of town and he wanted me to have it for this trip!!!remarkable!!!
My experiences with Baileys has exceeded all of my expectations. My husband and I bought our wedding bands here nearly 20 years ago. I needed a resizing of my bands and since I’ve never needed that before, my resizing is FREE! Even though they were purchased 20 years ago! I’m beyond grateful for their service and commitment to their customers.

I cannot say enough about the exceptional customer service at Bailey's! All the employees go above and beyond the "call of duty" to accommodate their customers.
