Had to return in excess of five times, because whoever produces the lenses couldn't get it right. Asked them to put my old lenses back into my frames, their reply was they sent those lenses to the manufacturer for a credit. Wait! I paid for those lenses and you get a credit and I don't? Foul! They then had the gall to say we'll make it right, but you'll have to pay again. Well, they loss two clients. Summary: not satisfied and will not return.
I ordered some glasses there back in March since then they have cracked twice im so over getting my glasses fixed..If I cant get a different style frame without being charged just refund me I have a receipt also!!!!!

Terrible customer service. I had serious eye damage because they mistakenly put disinfecting drops in my eye. It took the doctor 2 years to get my contacts fitted correctly ( due to several doctor errors with fit and prescription).
Two and half hour wait! Got here early as asked by the confirmation call got back for the initial part fairly quickly but then had to wait 1 1/2 hours to be seen by the doctor. Nice people but the wait is ridiculous!! Save your time and go somewhere else!

Southern Eye is Deaf-friendly! They consistently provide Sign Language Interpreters for their Deaf patients who communicate in ASL. This speaks VOLUMES about how much they care!
