The staff were super welcoming and wonderful to deal with. Dr Kirsch was very friendly and helpful. She did a very thorough job and explained everything along the way.

I always enjoy visiting Bailey Nelson downtown Victoria. Paul, Kennedy, Lauren, to name a few of the beautiful, friendly, skilled and helpful people at the front of house, seem truly passionate about their work, providing supportive, personable attention to adjusting glasses, offering honest feedback when choosing frames, and communicating information for efficiency and satisfaction through out the whole process. Dr Kirsch was really thorough. She was kind and approachable. Staff were also very helpful:) I have been with them for 2years now and still recommend!
