Optometrist was polite and professional. Explained everything clearly and helped me understand my script. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful in giving constructive feedback with my numerous choices of glasses. I eventually chose 2 elegant, yet youthful pairs of reading glasses. Can't wait to receive them so I can showcase my new look at work.
From the moment I stepped into the store, The staff were friendly and welcoming. The whole team was very professional and explained each step. Absolutely lovely staff. The store manager and staff are very kind. She suggests many options trying to help my son with his glasses. We had Melanie as my optometrist. She is amazing, very patient and very thorough.
Absolutely fantastic experience. A special thank you to Celia who helped my daughter pick the perfect frames and was an absolute stand out!
