My furnace quit on a Friday night;. My friend, Kenny recommended this Bailey Home Services and Wow, Jon contacted me on a busy Saturday and showed up a few hours later. He charged $165 to come out and he showed me the lights and then the back panel which 11 lights means to replace blower but he said, no you just have to clean it. So he reset the furnace, will be back next week for $100 cleaning fee [very fair] and he added if the furnace goes out again, call him right away. Very down to earth. Jon with Bailey service took care of me and my family when it comes to our A.C unit! I was having trouble with my unit. When I placed the air on a lower level it would never go down to what I placed it on and it stayed above 85° in my home until I called Jon. I was referred by a close neighbor to call him and when I did he was very courteous and respectful both on the phone and when we met.
