We had to put a deposit down to see our lease agreement, deposit was $1934. After reading the lease agreement we found some concerning items one of which was the owner has the right to install cameras to watch the comings and goings on the property. We have minor children and did not feel comfortable with a complete stranger having and viewing footage of our children. We declined to sign the lease. I am writing this review to express how rude and shady this company is. I expressed concerned about the state of a house was before moving in, several damages and non working hardware, they brushed off my concerns. Reached out again and they said they would get around to it and just sign the final paperwork stating that I would be accepting the paperwork as it. One day later, they were showing the house for people and refused to refund me for their shady behavior. This company is a joke and a scam.
Reading some of the reviews for Bailey-Foristell make me wonder if we were renting from the same organization! We rented for 6 years and experienced nothing but professionalism and prompt responses to any issues. They even asked, and got approval, from the landlord to install a handicap ramp on the front of the house, widen the bathroom door, and install assist bars in the bathroom to accomodate a paralyzed roommate of mine, ALL without raising the rent one cent.
