A special thank you to Dr Ferrell and the Staff at Bailey Cove Eye Care. Twice we've experienced eye issues, beyond our annual exams, and Dr Ferrell and his staff worked us in, explained what was happening with our eyes and what to do and expect. We loved how the staff followed up and stayed in touch throughout the whole process. We couldn't ask for anything more.
The doctor, contact consultant, and the rest of the staff go out of their way to make me feel comfortable. They take there time making sure all my concerns are heard and making sure they give me top of the line exams. I’m always greeted with a smile from everyone I see!
