They are very rude and disrespectful. When to look at an apatment and the elderly nieghbor said her bedroom was under water from the window leaking. When one of the brothers was showing us the apartment he told her to go inside that he didn't have time to listen to her crap.
When other realtors say, "PLEASE DON'T RENT FROM THE BAILEY BROTHERS. THEY ARE RUDE AND THE APARTMENTS ARE DISGUSTING." From the way one of the brothers spoke to my friend today is proof.. my friend and another woman has tried to get ahold of them for 4 days straight to rent a place. They have both called at least 80 times daily. Like who rents apartments but don't answer the phone for DAYS.
