Chris was amazing from beginning to end of the sale of my condo. It was my first home sale and he was able to answer any and all questions I had about the process. He kept me up to date on all of the communication as far as viewings and offers. Any hiccups in the process were communicated as well. He always had my best interests in mind and the sale closed quickly. If I was in the market to buy or sell again, I can't imagine going with anyone else.

Chris listed my home on April 23 and it closed on May 12. This was the fourth house I've sold and it was by far the easiest and least stressful of all. Besides always keeping me informed, he sent me information on when my home was being shown, what the prospective buyer thought of my home, the asking price, etc I never had any questions left unanswered. I could not be more pleased and I highly recommend Chris to anyone looking for a professional and motivated agent.
