Very bad customer service.
My wife and I first met the Baida family about two years ago at a dinner with friends, and little did we know we would find not just the best jewelers imaginable, but true family. In a world where many make grand promises, the Baidas are the rare ones who always deliver exactly what they say. We recommend Baida Jewelry wholeheartedly for their exceptional craftsmanship and genuine care.
We originally purchased my wife's wedding ring from Baida Jewelry in 2014 and had a wonderful experience working with Eddie, who was kind, helpful, and made us feel confident in our purchase. Unfortunately, our experience since then has gone downhill. Over the last 10 years, we've had to bring the ring in three times due to diamonds falling out and prongs needing repair. I was referred to Baida Jewelry by church friends and I purchased my wifes engagement ring and our wedding bands from Baida Jewelry in 2021, we were happy with our purchase and customer service at the time. This year was my in-laws 39th wedding anniversary so my father-in-law wanted to get my mother-in-law a special gift, so I recommend that he go to Baida Jewelry, assuming he would get the same experience and treatment I had.
