I saw Dr. Bahri for my knee. He was so courteous and answered all my questions. He gave me all non operative and operative options and didn't push me into surgery. I ended up having surgery and now I feel great. I would highly recommend!!
What a pitiful office staff. They don't care about your care..do not return calls..dont follow up as promised. Considering changing doctors before my surgery, no confidence.
I under went a right knee arthroscopy and within 4 days back to work. Great surgeon
Dr. Bahri is a nice person when you get his attention. Unfortunately, his staff is generally rude, uninterested and will lie directly to you. Be prepared to wait in the waiting room for 45 minutes to an hour past your appointment time and then expect to wait in the room for what will be a 30 second visit with the doctor talking to his rude assistant, leaving you with no clue as to what is going on and full of questions left unanswered. I have had several visits with this office, all the same.
Dr. Fady Bahri is a straight to the point and a no frills surgeon. His medical practice and staff reflect this. Could there be improvements? Yes! Cost is fair & Dr. Bahri is a good surgeon. If I want to be pampered I go to a spa.
Worst doctor I have ever dealt with. Went for severe pain in my back and after an MRI he said I was fine. Completely unprofessional as while I was in there he left the door open and was on his phone while I was talking. Mind you the paperwork that came with the MRI CD said there was disc problems in my lower back. Between him being unprofessional and his staff being rude I now go to the mayo clinic. To no surprise they found problems. A tear in one disc and another is slightly bulging.
The office staff gave incredibly poor customer service. None of the staff mentioned that I needed a referral to see the doctor in order for insurance to cover my visits, yet they repeatedly scheduled follow ups so that I would continue to unknowingly incur high costs. While it is the patient's responsibility to get the referral first, part of good customer service means ensuring the customer is aware of available options in their best interests. Dr. Bahri's staff failed miserably to do this.
I had a bad slip and fall, tore EVERYTHING, plus damaged the main nerve, had drop foot. Went to see first doctor, he said it was too damaged for him to work on and basically turned me away (shocking, right!). I saw Dr. Fady Bahri for the first time and felt complete ease with him. Professional, to the point, very thorough, 150% confide net he could fix me. I've had two surgeries with him. This man gave me back my life in more ways than one. I HIGHLY recommend his practice.
