Friendly, knowledgeable and caring with a lighthearted personality that made the visit and procedure the best that I could hope for
Dr Bilir was comforting and knowledgeable. He demonstrated respect for patient and family. We felt lucky to have him treating us.
Dr Bilir is always upbeat and encouraging, we are grateful to have he and his staff nearby
Documentation of prep was very thorough. Nurse did a great job getting me ready for procedure. Dr visited, introduced himself, walked thru procedure. Allowed opportunity for questions. After procedure gave me document with photo and findings, verbally gave results. Nurse called the next day to follow up on recovery and any questions.

Dr has done 4 or more procedures over the years and I consider him the best at what he does!
Everyone was so nice from the minute I walked in. The nurses were great and the Dr was great. I would highly recommend to anyone for their procedure.
If I could give them no stars I would. No one in the office knows what they are doing. Office told me I was going to be charged 300.00 for the facility fee. Was told I could make payments and then told no I couldn't make payments. Dr came and yelled at me because I was pissed off that I was being told different stories from different people and told me that if I wanted him to take care of me and my health that I better be nice to his staff.
