Dr has done 4 or more procedures over the years and I consider him the best at what he does!
Everyone was so nice from the minute I walked in. The nurses were great and the Dr was great. I would highly recommend to anyone for their procedure.
If I could give them no stars I would. No one in the office knows what they are doing. Office told me I was going to be charged 300.00 for the facility fee. Was told I could make payments and then told no I couldn't make payments. Dr came and yelled at me because I was pissed off that I was being told different stories from different people and told me that if I wanted him to take care of me and my health that I better be nice to his staff. My experience with Dr. Bilir was disappointing and frustrating. Despite waiting for months to see him for a complicated GI case, his consultation lasted less than five minutes, during which he didn't seem to listen carefully or ask pertinent questions. Instead, he swiftly recommended an endoscopy and colonoscopy, leaving me without the opportunity to address concerns or seek clarification. His staff's promises to follow up on my inquiries were unfulfilled, and subsequent attempts to reach Dr. Bilir directly were unsuccessful... read more
