I’m very disappointed with how Bahia Cove Apartments is handling the parking situation. Management recently restricted resident parking and started charging for designated spots, leaving very few free spaces available. If you don’t pay for a reserved space, you often have to park blocks away from your own apartment. Even worse, they’ve been towing vehicles from guest spaces without providing clear signage or proper communication. I've been a resident of Bahia Cove since 2017. And as organization grow and change Bahia Cove in my experience has always maintained a culture of courtesy and professionalism towards me making g me and my stay here a peaceful and pleasant one. I enjoy calling Bahia Cove home.
So I tried to move in here and I’m glad I dodged that one! I’ve picked up 3 people from this place I uber. Yes the office staff is very friendly. I hope they didn’t take my mom’s information. But from these three people. The building has roaches mold damp and some neighbors that are noisy. Again glad I dogged that. This is why I always talk to people that live there.
Judy was the absolute best gave me the best tour sold me on it instantly
I moved in March 2025. All the staff from.office to maintenance have been so kind and welcoming. I've put in several maintenance requests and all have been addressed promptly. Great job Judy, Anna, Emily and Jerry!! The grounds are kept up and made beautiful. Love that! My husband and I look forward to living here for many years!!!
