They're running an illegal tow company scam. They will TOW visitors in less than hour (only after office hours so they can't be held accountable). There are ZERO signs posted for guest parking. There's no signage visitor parking. So if you visit a family member than lives here and you decide to even do by for a few minutes, they will TOW you ILLEGALLY WITH ZERO SIGNS POSTED!!! Lawsuit waiting to happen!!
Great apartment community! We lived here when our home was being built and we loved it. It's pleasant, great gym with play area for small children, pool, dog park and car wash.
I can say that after living here for over a year and relocating to a complex on the island, I miss living at Bahia. My husband and I had a good experience while living here, we enjoyed our neighbors, the property, and the amenities. The complex I currently live at on the island (captains landing)is absolutely horrendous with management and property upkeep and maintenance. I’m a current resident of Bahia Cove Apartments in Dickinson TX, and have experienced ongoing issues with secondhand smoke in the breezeway, despite the community’s smoke-free policy and multiple reports to management. I recently asked the property manager if I could move out without penalty due to the unresolved issue, and I was told “Of course.” Based on that, I secured a new place to live.
