Had a new hygienist yesterday -- Lynn. While she was very good about explaining what she was doing & the condition of my teeth & gums, I had a couple of concerns with her. She was very rough (I know I have hard teeth to clean, but this was the worst cleaning I've had at your practice). She also seemed a bit unfocused -- i.e., she did the same mouth examination twice in quick succession & said she was thinking about something else & forgot she'd already done it. I'd rather NOT see her next time.
It was so nice to finally meet Dr. Rowhani, Rod, Tamara and others that Chrissy speaks so highly of!
Always a friendly place to visit. I got in and out as scheduled and the work was excellent.
