This honestly is a disappointment I love the snow cones however tonight I attempted to order a medium with extra cream with extra juice in a large cup.... I ha e done this many times before no problem... Tonight it was a problem and they handed me a medium with it dripping down my arm and said they can't do that... Now I'm sympathetic and am reasonable and was wiling to pay a large price or my price and they looked at me like I was stupid with it still dripping down my arm and told me no!!!! I love bahama bucks. The Bahama Rama mama is delicious with any flavor snow cone. They have never failed to have 5 star snowcones. Also love the rewards program!
We stood at the counter and waited a full minute with three different employees totally dismissing us. There's being busy, and then there's just being rude.
In my opinion this is honestly the top number one place to get snow cones at. They have a really huge variety of different flavors you can get and different sizes. The staff here are so nice to everyone and very very respectful to each customer that comes in.
