Had a great time with my niece and nephew. Played games while eating our snow cone. The only down fall is they only have 5-6 tables inside and 3 outside. But over all great experience. Great snow cones.
Called today needing a last minute order for a party pack. The guy on the phone was so nice and had it ready for me ASAP. He double checked the bag and offered to take it to my car. It was so nice to have such great customer service. I had 9 boys for a party and they LOVED the snow cones! Thank you!
I've never had a bad experience here. Sometimes the wait is a little long, but I just expect it. Honestly, after reading so many bad reviews this summer, I thought they were closed when I drove up this evening. There were NO cars at all. I went to the door to check, and they were open, so I just ordered inside. The three young people who were working were friendly, and the shop was really clean. I hope the management has corrected whatever problems were the issues because I would hate to lose Bahama Buck's.
Favorite place to go in summer after the movies or hawaiian falls. Be a cool idea if yall teamed up!
Went with my daughter and they forgot all about my order! She got her order but after 10 minutes she told the employees that I still hadn't got my order. This was my first time going there. The tables were sticky and looked like they haven't been wiped down. I really love the shaved ice but the employees just need to pay attention more and clean better.
Best shaved ice around. Lots of yummy flavors. ��
