Went tonight to get snow cones and left highly disappointed. Took forever to get through the line, they messed up our order and for some reason the snow cones were salty. Not just a little like maybe a topping got mixed up, but salt lick salty. Was disgusting. Will not be back.
Slowest service. Used to be the best place in Waco to get snow. Employees are rude, it's always hot inside, and even if you're the only one in line it's like they had to go harvest the ice with Kristoff in Arendale. Like it should not take ten minutes to shave ice and add syrup. And it seems like every time I've been lately they mess up the order.
Awful service. Soooo slow has been the same for several years. I don’t get it none of the other locations are this slow. Waited over 45 minutes for 3 drinks. Staff is rude and the service is slow

we found thin strands of plastic in our snow cones...and the Manager said I'm sorry this happens often and he knew exactly where the plastic came from and that this has happened often with other customers and told me to come back and they would refund my money and remake them but a week later I go back and they ask for a receipt...smh I dont keep snow cone receipts but I do have the pictures of the plastic in my snow cone that I'll share on this page... parents be careful with your kids eating these snow cones so they dont c... read more
I don’t recommend Bahama Bucks due to finding a long string of hair WITH a dead bug attached to it!!! I took a picture as proof just in case there was ever a question of the validity on the matter.
