Working with Dr Bagnell, has opened many possibilities for me as a fitness enthusiast. I'm no longer fitness depressed, I am able to move better with less pain. Training my brain has brought balance in my daily activities, I am more focused and I actually stopped many bad habits such as MULTITASKING! He's phenomenal!
