Responded quickly to my initial email. Then we text back and forth a few times over a few days and we made a great deal on a beautiful Mercedes today, taking delivery on Friday. I'm a very happy customer and would recommend them to all my family and friends.
Fast response to questions!
Jessica replied to me instantly and is very helpful in my search.
Very helpful! I didn't end up buying there, since they didn't have the same truck I was looking for, but they were pleasant to deal with.
Very helpful, just not car for me.
lack of direct communication, or none at all. instead of just telling me that they couldn't meet my needs, just got no responses. bad, not a pleasant experience.
Great
I live an hour and a half from Baglier Buick GMC, and I was in contact with a saleswoman about this vehicle and let here know this. I had an appointment set up to come see the Suburban on a Monday at 9am(which I spent a PTO day for work), and when I got there, I was informed that they just sold the Suburban "5 minutes ago". I guess they don't believe in true customer service there, anything for a buck!!! Don't patronize them.
Baglier Buick GMC got in touch with me in a short period of time! Ashley the internet coordinator was very helpful & was able too answer all of my questions.
