Terrible experience. The car buying process is stressful enough and certain dealerships use this against their buyers. Unfortunately that was my experience. You spend a lot of money and time on purchasing a vehicle and you just want it to be "right" . Well here is what happened after the sale was complete and I turned my keys over from my trade and asked for the second key for my vehicle I purchased. The salesman says we don't have a second key.
