I was disappointed that the truck pictured for sale was NOT the actual truck offered. The truck that was offered for sale was completely different in every way, color, style, condition etc., very disappointed as a buyer.
Excellent experience. Highly professional and genuinely friendly staff. A breath of fresh air compared to most dealerships.
Responded to my inquiry within a day, however, did not send any pictures as requested, after being told they would be taken the next day.
There was no pressure very fair and my trade-in
I wrote to them at night and received a response first thing in the morning. We set up an appointment for the following day. They gave me a good value for my trade-in and gave me a good deal on the used car i purchased from them! I would definitely do business with them again!
