Very poor bedside manner, rude and unhelpful staff. Dr was very dismissive and didn't adequately address my concerns and questions..greeted me after a 45 minute wait with " whats the problem" . She gave very general and vague information and seemed rushed to leave within a few minutes. Worst doctor experience ever.

Dr Baeuerle has a terrible manner and disposition. She seemed annoyed and angry and was very b****y She asked me the reason for the visit and I told her I had several things I wanted to address. Her reply was well let's just focus on the pressing ones today. I responded by saying that my insurance was going to end in a week and that I would like to cover all concerns. I would recommend them to my friends and family for sure. The service was impeccable and they were so caring. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I really appreciated the fact that the staff was so welcoming. They were friendly and made me feel at home.

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

I went to Dr. Baeuerle when I was in my early twenties and did not care for her bedside manner- and hadnt gone back until this sumer. I haven't seen a dermatologist in almost 10 years and wanted to get an overall body check since I am very fair. Sh did not even bother to look at me.
