They did a great job! They recently did some plumbing work in my house and I was very happy with their customer service. He was on time and explained everything to me. He didn't rush.

Called them about my clogged kitchen sink. The receptionist scheduled me for a 3-6pm same day. The guys where here in :30 min. Wow. They put shoe covers on before entering and were very polite. Unclogged my sink for a reasonable price. Great job.

I would definitely call these guys again. It is a family owned and operated business. I didn't get the technician's name, but he was honest and presented us with options for our broken A/C. He worked fast, quietly, and replaced everything back to how it was before he arrived.
We are happy with the service we received from JB&S. We had Bill come out to our condo this weekend and hook up our sink, garbage disposal and dish washer. It was about double what we expected to pay but after doing some research on the internet and finding that Chicago is one of the most expensive cities for plumbing work it seems like we paid about in the range of what is appropriate for this type of work - plumbing is expensive!
I have had a couple of problems with Baethke over the years and I've argued with them about price but they have always made it right in the end. My advice is call them if you want it done right. Work with them on the price. And consider learning the basic stuff for yourself because ultimately that is going to save you way more money than calling the cheap plumber.
Response time was really good, called me back almost immediately. I would definitely use them again.
