I can't recommend Badr Rached highly enough. From start to finish, he was always available whenever I had questions or needed guidance. He has a rare balance of being incredibly professional when it matters while also being a genuinely "real" person who makes the entire mortgage process feel much less stressful. Badr is absolutely wonderful. I cannot say enough good things about him. I can honestly say that without his patience, perseverance, and knowledge, we would not have been able to purchase our first home. Badr helped me buy my first home, and I really appreciated how straightforward he was through the whole process. I came in with a lot of questions as a first-time buyer, and he took the time to actually explain things instead of just rushing me to sign. He found a rate that made sense for my situation and was easy to reach whenever something came up.
