Such a wonderful, warm and welcoming staff from the minute you walk in the door. The office is clean, cheerful and Dr. B is so proficient. Their time oriented and organized office makes going to the dentist a total breeze! So happy to have found this amazing team!

5 stars! Dr. B and his team are the best of the best! I've gone from being a high maintenance, high anxiety patient to being extremely comfortable while getting dental care since being a patient of Dr. Braithwaites. These people move mountains to make sure their patients care needs are met! Excellent care, all the time, no exceptions.

I always look forward to going to the dentist! Shanda, the Dr B's wife and receptionist, is so friendly and helpful! Taylor and Stand a have been so great in answering my many insurance questions! My hygienist, Kim is AMAZING!! I live in Pasco and travel to W. Richland because they are THAT great!!
