Service (oil change) was fine, but was charged $45 for an underflush and told a full car wash was $90 on top of the oil change price. Just not interested in paying+$150 for an oil change and wash. Will be going to another dealership to have a hitch installation that doesn't charge $90 for a wash. ...I have the right Badger. Very disappointed in how we were treated after bringing our chip truck here. There was a very clear issue and we needed a clear diagnosis. We were told they would look at it by Wednesday. After calling they did not look at it until the end of the day Friday. They came up with an issue we communicated was already fixed and they were not able to figure out anything else. Worked with Dan Rill made the process as simple as possible. Was responsive and diligent. Not only did he have the best price but by far the best customer service. I priced out units around the midwest he was by far the best salesman I worked with. Thanks for making the process for painless especially the delivery was huge plus. Thanks!
