They said they couldn't find parts for my distributor 96 Chevy Vortex 454.... I find everything easy.......what a joke !
These dealership has been harassing me over the phone ever since I went there. Avoid this place they are not professional at all. I called them to make an appointment for an 2025 Isuzu FTR I asked the lady on the phone if the first oil change was going to be covered under warranty, she said yes first oil change was going to be completely free. Very disappointed. Very unorganized. Called several times to try and get a call back. Lady answering the phone was very helpful. But no matter what she did no call for 7 days. Requested complete inspection which they did. Started working on truck with out confirming with me first. Finally done and picked up the truck. Start it up and 2 lights on the dash which were not on when I took the truck there. I will not being going back
Service (oil change) was fine, but was charged $45 for an underflush and told a full car wash was $90 on top of the oil change price. Just not interested in paying+$150 for an oil change and wash. Will be going to another dealership to have a hitch installation that doesn't charge $90 for a wash. ...I have the right Badger.
