Scott Badger did my appraisal, it was complicated news and conflicting with county records according to the square footage and valuation. He did not consider alternate information presented and ended up valuing my home over $75,000 under the actual value of the home.
Wells Fargo chose this company to appraise the house we are trying to buy. Because of their incompetence with bad comps and not doing a thorough appraisal we almost lost the house. We had to go with another bank whose appraisal came out at full price. Not $55,000 under! Although this will cost us $80 more a month due to higher apr we at least got the house. This shows the complete incompetence of this appraiser if your bank is going to use him save some time and money and switch to a different bank sooner. We still are stuck... read more
