Great service and food. Waitress was really friendly
CAN I GIVE NEGATIVE STARS?? Went to watch the Mallards game arrived early had a table reserved and was lied to. Told that the private party room tv had to be on the same channel for the hockey game to be on 2 other tvs. Here we are sitting at the table with an ipad because they cant switch off of the basketball game... come on. Then when they finally switch the tvs over... funny how the private party room is not on the same channel. Your supporting the team and then fans show up and you arent supporting the team.
Very disappointed. We called before going to make sure they were going to televise the Mallards game. We left almost an hour into the game because they couldn't turn one tv to the Mallards. The people next to us were given a tablet to watch the game on. Poor customer service. I thought Bad Boyz pizza was a sponsor of the Mallards. Guess Hawkeye fans are more important. And need all 12 tv's. Will not be back. Huge Mallard fans.
Horrible customer service went to see mallard game and was told the basketball game was more important pizza sucked and the manager was down right rude. Will never go there again
