Completely unfriendly, unattentive staff. By far the worst service I have had ANYWHERE in a long, long time. No one even checked on us after dropping off the food. I helped myself to the beverage station to refill our waters... then I had to shout at the "drive-by" server to get a to-go box.... only plus is that the food was good.

The pizza was delicious, but after eating the first slice we found a LIVE ROACH crawling around in the box. I've never been so disgusted. We called the store immediately and the guy who answered asked us if we wanted them to bring another pizza.... from the place that just delivered me a roach? No thanks. The delivery guy quickly returned my money and was very apologetic. Once the fact that I didn't want anymore food from them was established, the issue was resolved quickly and politely. I'm definitely not eating there again... read more
