Poor customer service, Christmas order placed in November still not received by 24 December. Tracking does not work . Don’t recommend.

BACtrack is a great company and is helping people and saving lives
Their product is very fickle and not easy to navigate. And when you call customer service they're just rude and nasty. The lady I just spoke to kept huffing and puffing and implied that i was stupid. We will be going with a different company entirely.
Hey all. I bought one of these a couple weeks ago. I had five long islands, and wanted to make sure I was under the legal limit. I blew and it said 0.06 so I got behind the wheel, and drove home. When I woke up in my driveway, I didn’t crash so I know I must not have been impaired. Thanks BACtrack!
