First time here and was VERY IMPRESSED! I was in for a cleaning and basically a second opinion on an issue with one of my teeth and was presented with answers and options! my previous dentist just kept saying everything looks fine which I knew it wasn’t!! I highly recommend checking out this office!! And being someone with severe anxiety about dentist I felt very good about it!! Thank you so much!!
Had seen another dentist office for the same issue multiple times only for them to make it worse. Made a call to Bacsa and they got me in quickly and completely fixed the issue from the other dentist. All of the staff were very kind and courteous. The dentist that took care of me was amazing and I look forward to being a patient there.
Everyone is so nice and go out of their way to put you at ease.
The dentist, technician and hygienist and receptionist were all professional and friendly. The facility was clean and inviting.
