They got some awesome staff members who try to help you out anyway they can. Karla goes far and beyond to help the community. Omar is a great staff member who engages with the people
Bacs on 590 b St in Hayward is really good.karla is the very best staff here.shes understanding of ones issues, she's helpful and plans fun activities.she is also easy to talk to.
Rude people came in a few times they like to ignore people. Play on the cell phones. Called in cause I saw an event in the tri city voice. And the guy didn't even know where weekes park library was. It's been in Hayward over 50 years.
I went there Karla was very helpful and answered all my questions
Friendly staff and clients too. Lunch served daily from 12 noon. Easy access from Hayward Bart Station. Only 1 block to walk from bart/bus stations.
