Showed up here in crisis crying and shaking stood inside the door for half an hour or better calling out "Hello? I need help." periodically but no one came. A lady came out the bathroom walked past me uttered a sheepish hello and disappeared in the back somewhere. A while later a different lady comes out the back and says "Have you been helped?" Omar left then Karla left only Jory and Aurora are left from the people who likes to smile and be friendly everyone else looks like they sucked on a lemon before coming to work

They got some awesome staff members who try to help you out anyway they can. Karla goes far and beyond to help the community. Omar is a great staff member who engages with the people

Rude people came in a few times they like to ignore people. Play on the cell phones. Called in cause I saw an event in the tri city voice. And the guy didn't even know where weekes park library was. It's been in Hayward over 50 years.
