They got back to us quickly and we have test-driven the vehicle two times since then. They seemed willing to work with us. We are still waiting for some communication about an issue which was discovered during a test drive. The "we won't put any pressure on you" tact seems more like "we don't want this sale". There are other cars that'll fit our family, and we'll buy one, but it may not be from this dealer...
They seemed very up front and honest.
