A repair man serviced my Asko Dishwasher on October 19 in Warsaw Ky. Sorry I do not remember his name but want to commend him as efficient, neat, friendly and explained the issues with the dishwasher very clearly.

I recently became a new customer to Don Bacon Appliance Service on June 30th when my washing machine went out 3 days before leaving on a vacation. The company promptly scheduled an appointment to fix my machine and even upon my request to correct a follow up problem returned to my home to make sure everything was in proper working order. I very much appreciate the professionalism and patience during a very unexpected stressful couple days. Technician Drew did a great job.
I called and Jessica was the first person I spoke to. She was very friendly and very prompt in getting someone out to take a look at my dishwasher. Colin came the next day and was very professional and got the job done. He was able to replace the part that was broken and even went above and beyond to scrape off the heating element. I'd HIGHLY recommend them
DBAS was recommended to us by our neighbor. They were prompt in replying to our request for service on our dishwasher both with scheduling for the next day and for showing up on time. I have their card for the next time something doesn't work.
My service man was Mike. He has been at my house before and is extremely professional and polite. He even cleaned my refrigerator on the inside before he left.

We had a GE Profile stove that wouldn't heat and a Frigidaire refrigerator that wouldn't freeze. We also needed an ice maker installed, a water line hooked up and another part replaced. The technician, John, was on time and hung in there getting everything working. We were very pleased with his professionalism and attention to our needs.
