It's a great place to go. The bartenders are nice and very knowledgeable about local craft beers. The St. Louis BBQ ribs are fantastic! I wish they had a BBPH in Milwaukee! I highly recommend this place.
I came in off the highway- totally unfamiliar with Greenville or this restaurant; looking for some good BBQ. Agree with another customer... trying to make BBQ go high brow, along with the prices. For me... don't fix what isn't broke. The BBQ hash, BTW is pretty hot-spicy (without warning) ... hope my stomach dosen't catch fire before I get to my destination. Good place if you want this sort of food... but don't expect southern country comfort BBQ.
We drive 90 minutes one way just to eat here. Everything at Bacon Bros. is exquisite. Do not leave without eating a deviled egg! The ribs are the best I've had. Today's broccoli salad was perfect! And the coffee is so good that we are going to order some for home! Can't wait to go back to Bacon Bros.!
Chicken fried steak, cheese Grits brunch special was Amazing. The Golden Monkeys didn't hurt, the bacon caramel popcorn appetizer should be bagged ans sold. The buttermilk hot sandwich was Great with the Carolina hash. Can't wait for our next visit!
Great atmosphere, even better food. Bartenders were friendly, I will definitely be back!!
