Haven't been since moving to Michigan 18 years ago. Pricey, but delicious. Great service as well.
All I can say is, the people who rated this place below a 4 were having a bad day and need to try it again! The steaks are always cooked to perfection, the staff is always friendly. Don't go to a steak house if you are in a hurry or in a bad mood. I love that I don't feel rushed to get out the door. The backyard used to be one of my favorite restaurants. But last nights meal was absolutely horrible. The deep-fried butterflied shrimp was something I could've purchased at the frozen food section in the grocery store and done in my own oven. The steak was just average. But the béarnaise sauce was excellent. All in all bad experience not sure if that's the way it is now or a one time fluke
I did not like the slow service or food. We asked for steak sauce that took 4 empty bottles 1/2 hr later and for the $ instant mash potatoes was not worth it. I will never eat there again!
Horrible service. Wanted to stiff server. Food disappointing.
