This was easy pleasure vs going through the local dealer. I was provided access to great customer service, whom the lady I spoke with walked me though everything I needed to know about the controller. So far I am very pleased and my grass is greener!
Shopped around my local area and checked most of the big online sites and this place beat them all on Rachio controllers. Great service, good selection and excellent prices and shipping.
I called around and visited several places to find irrigation for my yard. Backyard Landscape was by far the best experience all around. They had better prices, friendlier staff and delivered right on time with no issues. SiteOne was actually closer to my house but charged more for delivery and for the controller itself. The people at Backyard were responsive, friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend!
