After years of trying difference mixes, rubs, and sauces and always being disappointed, I've finally found the answer. I used the Kentucky Sweet Rub and the Sportsman's BBQ sauce and your advise to make the best BBQ pork. I'm so glad I ran into you at the bourbon mashoree at MB Roland Distillery

I have to go with my tastebuds on this one! There's so many types/styles (sweet, island, tangy etc). I've tried several from BYC and each has been so much better than the "popular" brand in its category. How can one place make it better than others who specialize in just the one style? 1st choice for pork 1st choice for poultry 1st choice for sausage Bring me some meat and I'm going to toss it in some BYC!!!
My husband grilled salmon last night using the Island Fusion Sauce and it was superb! We used it as a marinade and it was, by far the best salmon we have ever grilled. It had that Hawaiian sweet flavor to it but wasn't over powering as a marinade, allowing you to still have the full flavor of salmon to enjoy. If you havent tried it, you are missing out. The price is just as good being no more than any other brand on the market but beating the others on taste and flavor.
Almost out of our sauce and will be inquiring for more!! Good stuff from a good family!
The Kentucky sweet rub is the best rub I have ever used. I would definitely recommend trying it if you haven't already. The fusion sauce makes a great dipping sauce or even a great marinade. The 7 pepper hot sauce has just the perfect amount of heat when you want to spice things up a bit.
