I was at a craft fair and tried their products. I picked he 7 pepper hot sauce, the green chili sauce and the grilling rub. The hot sauce was the first I tried. Soooooo good. The flavor is great and it is hot but not real hot. I love hot stuff. It’s the flavor hat is wonderful. I tried the green sauce in my tuna noodles and it’s fabulous. The little bit of chili and lime. Found these products while in Hopkinsville, KY visiting my son. Each rub or sauce has a unique flavor, each with it's own specialty. But my favorite is the jalapeno citrus sauce. Headed for Kentucky this month and plan on dropping in. Can't wait.
