I thought that I selected a beautiful compact arrangement with more color than greenery, including some succulents. I understand if some minor modifications needed to be made based on availability, but for 75$, I would expect something much nicer and at least an attempt to meet the request. The received bouquet very easily could have been picked up from Publix for 29.99. I nicely petitioned the florist for redress, and he refused. I purchased this spray for my Aunt's funeral because of the variety of flowers. I received a call stating supply issues with the pink flowers and I was fine with other varieties/colors. When I saw images from the funeral (I was not able to attend), I could not believe that was the arrangement I paid for. I have reached out to Backroads Florist for an explanation, but I have not received a response. I have family in this area, and I will not be coming back for flower arrangements in the future. Do not recommend.

I ordered an arrangement for my Aunt and Uncle. ( The first one in the pictures below) It was nothing like what I ordered from the website. Not one flower from the arrangement I ordered was in the arrangement sent. ( the 2nd picture is what the owner thought was good enough) The owner wanted to refund my money and go pick it up! How embarrassing!!

I ordered flowers for my mothers birthday as I live out of town and wasn't able to be there. I spent a significant amount of time trying to find an arrangement I thought she would like by scouring pictures online. I found this beautiful arrangement that looked french country with white roses and beautiful lavender flowers. If I could give 10 stars, I would. I live out of state, but my mother and grandmother are in Blairsville. On two occasions, I have had flowers delivered to them from Backwoods Florist and both times, they were unbelievably gorgeous! This florist is incredibly courteous, delivered exactly when they said they would, and the delivery fee was totally reasonable. My mom's birthday flowers lasted three weeks! My grandmother celebrated her 92nd birthday just the other day and she was blown away with the flowers that were delivered.... read more
