I rent kayaks every New Year's from Backcountry Cowboy - they always deliver the kayaks right when they say they will and the kayaks are in great shape and they pick them up when we are done with them. So easy and everything works so well. When we had a problem with one of the kayaks this year, they replaced it within a couple hours. We really had a great time with them.

My husband and I rented road bikes for the week, to ride from Key Largo to Key West, and back. Bikes were great- gatorskins, tire liners, thorn proof tubes, and well maintained. Excellent, friendly service too!

This is such a nice shop! Friendly owners that are very caring and engaging with customers. I happened upon my visit by chance (bike tire that needed replaced), and was pleased it happened here so I could visit this shop. Will be back soon on my return trip north when I can browse more.

Just got a gorgeous new bike for my birthday, thanks Mom and Dad! The service was wonderful, and the people were very kind, friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely come back for our next bike! I can't wait to go for a family bike ride this evening!
