I went to 2425 Eglinton Ave. East Back to Balance clinic on October 20, 2025 to check for massage service. The receptionist told me massage is full so she suggested to do chiropractic. I did not do chiropractic but I received money to my bank account from my insurance for the chiropractic service. I called them to return the amount. I am not sure how I received the money by direct deposit. Please be more alert about your insurance information sharing
Reception was understanding and accommodating. Doctor was very considerate and and practice was professional, prompt and detailed. Just a short walk from Kennedy station.
