Stopped in for homemade peach cobbler and vanilla ice cream! Yummy! Have had homemade chicken noodle soup, classic burger, waffle fries, strawberry pecan salad, chicken tenders, baked potato, Hawaiian chicken and oh yes sweet tea! (Not all at once, of course!) We really enjoy this restaurant!

A coworker and I come here regularly to get soup for lunch (the soup is why I gave 2 stars). Today, however, the ordering process was HORRENDOUS. We ordered two separate orders, mine being soup/salad for myself and then a burger/fries for a coworker (all on first order) After clarifying several times with much confusion, the cashier STILL messed up my order and put my side salad as the side with the burger, even though I stated multiple times I wanted fries with the burger while ordering. Please anyone going to the Back Yard Burgers on 23rd street please take a closer look at the Pepsi Machine where the Ice comes out, right behind the clear cylinders and tell me what do you see I can say so much more but the burgers most of the time are the best! CLEAN AND OR FIX YOUR PEPIS MACHINE OR GET A NEW ONE!!! Tonight your burgers was not that good! Must had been what ever was lift from dinnertime 6 pm ? too close to closing time??
