I had an accident in 2023 resulting in my pelvis being fractured in 3 places. I now have 3 screws in my pelvis and lots of pain. I have had several Cat scans, MRI's and X-rays since then but I recently started going to see Dr Keezer and the first visit he took X-rays of my lower back and pelvis. He saw that the left side of my pelvis is 2 inches higher than my right side. I also have a pinched Sciatica and can't walk normally or for very far. THE FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST IS BEYOND RUDE. SHE WAS YELLING AT ME FOR NOT RECEIVING THE MAIL SHE SENT OR THE EMAIL. I ASKED FOR HER TO PLEASE SEND ME THE STATEMENTS AND SHE REFUSED TO SEND ME THE STATEMENTS SHE SAID SHE HAD SENT ME IN THE FIRST PLACE. SHE KEPT ACCUSING ME OF RECEIVING SOMETHING THAT I HAD NEVER RECEIVED. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, YELLING AT SOMEONE FOR TRYING TO RESOLVE A BILL.

The combined effort of this office has relieved a very significant amount of pain I had due to falling off a ladder. They are comprehensive, and good at explaining the details of your visits. I’m very thankful to have found this clinic.
I’m very happy with my progress here as a patient. I feel like other places don’t take their time with you and I like that this place does and can tell they really want to see us patients progress. I highly recommend back pain and relief center to others.
