Arrived on time in the morning for a shoulder issue only to be greeted rudely by the reception demanding referral papers and health card. With additional forms needing to be filled out in a quiet waiting room, the receptionists voice screeched as she complained about work and trending issues. I was not allowed to accompany my hurting mother to the room because the physiotherapist "spoke chinese" and "there is limited room". My shoulder hasn’t felt this good in the last 7 months and this was my first session. I am in love with the staff and the office. I would recommend to any and everyone. Dolly and both receptionists went above and beyond. I have never felt so valued in a medical office like I did here. I truly felt special. 5 stars no question.
