My appointment was at 2:50. The doctor came into the exam room at 4:03. Not being Dr Taylor-Backs fault it was still very frustrating for me. Need time/ patience correspondence.
Dr. Taylor took her time to investigate my problem. I was seen as an emergency patient and in no way did she rush my care, explained what was pertinent, etc.
She took the time to make sure everything was ok.
Dr. Taylor was pleasant and made a routine eye exam easy for my uncertain teenager.
Dr Taylor was very pleasant and easy to talk to.
I had to be R/S to her because my favorite Dr. Mendoza was unavailable but I was not disappointed. She was thorough and skilled. I will still see Dr. Mendoza but she will always come be the one if he isn’t available.
She was low key and friendly. Answered all my questions in thoroughly.
Waiting with a toddler is not fun. Having us move from room to room does not help. In addition, I felt like they were frustrated with me and my toddler when he wouldn’t cooperate. After two hours of waiting and moving us from a waiting room to room and back to a waiting room, I already knew it was a waste of my time. There would be no way for my toddler to cooperate. Very nice and professional staff. Easy check in and out. Very comfortable lobby.
