Her kind manner in speaking and her professionalism
Everyone was professional, receptionist was very helpful this was my first time in and she helped sign me in and solve a problem with my appt.
She was very professional and took her time and provided a thorough eye examination for my elderly mother.
Dr Taylor was thorough in her exam. Then took time to explain all to me. I never felt rushed but very taken care of.
She seemed thorough, answered questions, explained what she found out in the exsm.
Everyone is always kind, professional and knowledgeable!
This is the second time I had an appointment with Dr. Taylor. She is carrying and attentive to patient's needs and concerns.
Dr. Taylor was seen as a 2nd opinion. Due to her thoroughness and care, a problem I knew had been missed elsewhere was caught and addressed. She is now our family optometrist. I could not be happier with Dr. Taylor and her team!
My daughter had never been to the eye dr before and was pretty nervous. Dr Taylor was friendly, kind, and even a bit silly. It was a good first experience for my kid.
